Singleton Salvos

Located at 1 Gowrie Street in the Singleton Plaza between IGA and Ace Tyres, the Singleton Salvo family store has a great range of quality second-hand clothes, electrical items and interesting items at low prices. Come in talk to our staff about the weekly bargains as well. All of the profits made in the store are used locally for community programs and to support those in need. The store is also the place to go for emergency food and clothing support help when you need it most.

Vinnies Singleton

Our Shops are a treasure trove of bargains of all kinds – clothing, accessories, home wares, books, CDs and DVDs, furniture, sporting goods and more. You really never know what you will find on your next visit to Vinnies.

Vinnies Shops are run by dedicated volunteers and employees. As well as offering value for money prices on a range of pre-loved goods, they also directly assist people experiencing disadvantage through the donation of furniture, clothing and household goods.

Profits from the sale of goods stay in the local community, going directly towards funding our services and programs – every year we assist around 300,000 people experiencing disadvantage and homelessness in NSW.

Singleton District Community Op Shop

Singleton District Community Op Shop Inc (formerly known as Father Riley’s, at 251 John St Singleton, opposite Lear and Smith and near the Hunter River crossing) is open 9am-3.15pm Tues to Fri, and 9-12 Saturdays.
We are the only op shop in the area selling whitegoods & large furniture, and we also have plenty of household goods, books, DVDs, music, clothes, toys, sporting goods etc. We also often have antique furniture – please ask.
**We gladly accept donations during shop hours only. We do not have an outside donations bin. We can arrange to pick up large items – please call our volunteers 6572 1789 during shop hours**
We are staffed by volunteers, and as a not-for-profit charity, all our profits go back into projects in our local community.
Sometimes we also sell more expensive furniture/antiques that have been donated to us – these help us enormously with our running costs, so that we can donate more back to the community.
We would love to hear from you if you would like to volunteer in the shop, or help with deliveries & pickups in our truck.
