Home » Circular Economy Living Lab
CELL is Australia's first Living Lab dedicated to the circular economy. It is an independent, not-for-profit organisation founded by Dantia, Lake Macquarie City Council, and the University of Newcastle, based in Lake Macquarie.
CELL accelerates innovation, builds capacity, and creates new jobs by focusing on projects that convert waste into new or alternate materials and assist with the transition away from carbon and extractive-based economy. We offer strategic advice and resources to address barriers and provide an environment to test, learn, and validate leading-edge ideas with the potential to transform the economy.
